Focusing: Step One (CE Professional Track)

Questions Worth Considering will give you an opportunity to delve deeply into the concepts behind our lesson and reflect on how they connect to your life and your role as caregiver.

INSTRUCTIONS:
ACT Professional Group Learning process consists of three parts, or steps. Be sure to follow these sequentially and leave enough time to think critically and deeply about the issues that are shared. It should take approximately one hour to complete all three steps.

STEP ONE: ASK YOUR QUESTIONS – 15 minutes
STEP TWO: CONVERSATION WITH OTHERS – 30 minutes
STEP THREE: TRANSLATE INTO ACTION – 15 minutes
