Disclosure of Relevant Financial Relationships

Everyone involved in the planning, reviewing and teaching of this activity is required to complete a disclosure form indicating all relevant financial relationships with any ‘commercial interest’. A ‘commercial interest’ is any entity producing, marketing, re-selling, or distributing health care goods or services consumed by, or used on, patients. This is done so that the audience can determine whether an individual’s relationships may influence the presentations. The faculty, reviewers and planners of this activity have disclosed no relevant financial relationships with any ‘commercial interests’.
